I have a passion for assisting people and helping them to reach their full potential. I have an accepting and nonjudgmental attitude that allows clients to feel at-ease and comfortable to work on core issues that may be a barrier to a joyful and fulfilled life. My goal is to empower you and help you improve your quality of life in whatever way you identify and need.

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who is Nationally Certified and received my Master’s degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University. I completed my internship at Gentle Path at the Meadows working with men who struggle with trauma and sex addiction. I have been in the Behavioral Health Field for five years working with adolescents, families, and individuals who struggle with trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns.

I want all of my clients to be successful and become self-sufficient with the tools and new found insights they have gained while working with me. Everyone is deserving of a life they love and can enjoy, so I encourage you to reach out if you feel that you or a loved one could benefit from therapy.

When I am not at work, you can usually find me at the gym or traveling. I am always trying to find new and exciting places to explore.

My areas of focus include

  • Addiction/substance use issues

  • Sex addiction

  • Trauma

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Marital issues

  • Men's issues

  • Family Counseling
